How to Apply for a Waiver:
Eligibility: Some UK universities recognize the three-year Indian degree system for entrance to most postgraduate programs. An Indian bachelor’s degree, like a B.A., B.Com., or B.Sc., is equal to a British bachelor’s degree (Ordinary). However, some programs and educational establishments may require a qualification akin to the 16-year British Bachelor (Honours) Degree, hence requiring an extra year of study after graduation or a four-year degree program such as B.E., B.Tech, or equivalent programs. Most universities require a solid first degree from an elite Indian university or its equivalent in order to admit students.
